Our CEO and founder, Lisa Hungerford, has over three decades of experience in real estate brokering, offering both personable and professional care to homeowners across Orange County and Coachella Valley. Motivated by a desire to prioritize quality time with her loved ones and not miss any special moments, she founded her own estate company with her family ties serving as its backbone.
Her parents, Raymond and Bonnie Hungerford, are her guiding light in this family venture, having instilled deep-rooted values of kindness and resilience that serve as the foundation of our approach towards care and service. They live together in their Rancho Mirage home, where Raymond acts as our remote CFO, with Bonnie as our COO.
Her brother and sister-in-law, Bradley and Tina Hungerford, act as our security detail.
As a multi-generational team, we strive to treat our clientele as family, offering a helping hand when they are in need. Whether it’s downsizing, settling estate, or just simple decluttering, our team is here to help and ready at a moment’s notice!
